Relax, Refresh, Rejuvenate!
That's the motto for our brand new tour, starting up now. It's a 2 hour, late afternoon/early evening tour for friends, families, work groups, and teams to chill out together on the water. The cost is $25 +tax per person and is based on a minimum of 12 people. Get your group together and book today! We'll travel around on our covered aluminum vessels (with heating and a washroom on board I might add) and you choose what you want to do. View the marine wildlife? Take a scenic ride? Scour the shorelines for critters? Or maybe you just want a leisurely cruise through the local waters while you kick back and unwind. Whatever it is, you're sure to have a good time. Pack what you like, do as you wish, and most of all, have fun!

Local Fun Fact
For those of you who are familiar with Campbell River, you can't miss the 'Big Rock', south of downtown along the old island highway, sitting at 30 feet tall. Science says that the rock was transported by glacial ice and deposited where it currently sits. The correct name for it is a glacial erratic, meaning that it differs in size from the rocks native to this area.
There is also a famous myth surrounding 'Big Rock'. According to the natives, the rock was once a large grizzly bear, who lived on the mainland. The bear announced that he was going to jump across the strait, landing on Vancouver Island, but was warned by the Great Spirit that should he touch the water, he would turn to stone. The grizzly bear ignored the warning and jumped anyway. He almost made it but one of his back paws landed in the water and sure enough, he immediately turned to stone. The natives often use this myth to explain the absence of grizzlies on the island.
